Farmers’ Market
The Grandview Area Chamber and Panzera’s Pizza sponsor the annual Grandview Avenue Farmers’ Market. This season runs every Saturday from July 10 through October 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Many changes accompany this year’s market including a longer run time, home delivery, additional vendors and a new location.
Panzera’s Pizza is located at 1354 Grandview Avenue, on the northeast corner of Grandview & W. Third Avenues.
Each week, patrons will have the ability to purchase fresh locally grown vegetables and fruits, cut flowers, baked goods, cheeses, soups and handmade soaps. And, a Grandview Area Chamber business will be featured each week at the Chamber table.
The annual Farmers’ Market Festival will be held on Saturday, August 28 during the regular Market hours. Free food samples featuring fresh produce available at the market, as well as entertainment and additional vendors.
Another new feature this year will be the ability to purchase a market basket that will be delivered to homes in the 43212 zip. Baskets come in two sizes, small ($10) and large ($15) and contain a mix of weekly produce provided by the vendors. Deliveries are being handled by the Grandview Heights Swim & Dive Team Club as a fundraising opportunity.
The Pearl Alley Grower’s Association manages the Grandview Avenue Market. The Pearl Alley Growers Association certifies that all market goods and produce are grown or made in Ohio.
